Professor Sebastian Suggate Ph.D. lectures and researches at the University of Regensburg, Germany, in child development, education and educational philosophy. In 2010, his research into the successful reading achievement of late starting children, including those from Waldorf Schools, received international recognition. Sebastian is widely published in the academic research literature on early development and learning.

Tamara Suggate MSc is a trained psychologist and works in a newly founded Waldorf-Steiner kindergarten. She studied at the University of Otago, receiving a Masters in Psychology in 2009. Both Tamara and Sebastian have been involved in founding a new Waldorf school and kindergarten in Regensburg. Together they are raising four children.
